About Us
We are a private-sector coaching and family support service with over 35 years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families through a holistic approach rooted in social pedagogy, behavioral coaching, wellness support, emotional development, educational guidance, and family intervention.
We are not affiliated with insurance companies and do not operate as an insurance-based mental health provider. Our focus is centered on individualized coaching, behavioral guidance, mentorship, emotional wellness support, educational assistance, family development, and long-term personal growth through practical and holistic support strategies.
Our team has experience working in the field of social pedagogy, which combines education, behavioral support, emotional development, life-skills guidance, social intervention, and family support into one holistic approach. The goal is to help individuals grow mentally, emotionally, socially, physically, behaviorally, and educationally while also addressing the root causes of dysfunction, trauma, behavioral struggles, family instability, communication barriers, and emotional challenges.
Our background and experience include work within:
foster care,
juvenile homes,
residential treatment facilities,
schools,
behavioral management programs,
counseling support services,
family intervention programs,
group homes,
and in-home support services.
The work involves more than supervision. Our experience in the field has included teaching, mentoring, behavior management, emotional support, educational guidance, crisis intervention, documentation, advocacy, and assisting both children and families through difficult emotional, behavioral, social, and educational challenges.
Our experience combines areas such as:
behavioral coaching,
family support,
educational assistance,
mentoring,
emotional wellness support,
life-skills development,
communication guidance,
structure and routine development,
conflict resolution,
and holistic intervention strategies.
With children and youth, support may include:
behavior management,
emotional regulation,
social development,
educational support,
helping children with structure and learning goals,
reinforcing positive classroom behaviors,
tutoring or academic guidance,
communication skills,
trauma-informed support,
conflict resolution,
and helping children build confidence, accountability, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills.
Our team also understands that many children struggle academically due to emotional stress, trauma, instability, social pressures, behavioral difficulties, or lack of structure and support. Coaching and guidance often focus on helping children improve organization, focus, communication, motivation, classroom behavior, confidence, and educational performance while also supporting emotional and social growth.
With adults and parents, support may include:
family intervention,
parenting guidance,
emotional support,
communication improvement,
structure and boundary development,
identifying unresolved trauma,
and helping families understand how emotional and behavioral patterns impact relationships and child development.
Our approach recognizes that many behavioral and emotional struggles are connected to deeper unmet needs, trauma, instability, lack of support, poor communication, social pressures, or unhealthy coping patterns. Instead of only reacting to behavior, we focus on understanding the root of the problem and helping individuals and families create healthier long-term growth and stability.
Our team has experience documenting behaviors, preparing reports, supporting therapists and families, assisting within behavioral programs, and helping monitor progress, educational concerns, emotional development, behavioral improvement, and intervention needs.
Because society, youth culture, emotional health, technology, social media, family dynamics, and behavioral challenges continue to evolve, we also believe in continuous learning and continued education to remain informed and effective when supporting children, adults, and families in today’s world.
The purpose of our coaching and support services is to help, guide, educate, mentor, support, and assist individuals and families through life challenges and personal growth. However, we also believe that every child, adult, parent, and family remains responsible for their own actions, accountability, participation, choices, and willingness to grow. Coaching and support can provide tools, structure, emotional guidance, education, and behavioral strategies, but lasting change ultimately depends on the commitment and effort of the individual and family receiving support.
Overall, our mission is to help individuals and families overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, improve emotional and behavioral wellness, support educational growth, and build healthier futures through holistic coaching, structure, guidance, and support.
Retaining Our Coaching & Family Support Services
We understand that every child, adult, and family faces different emotional, behavioral, educational, and life challenges. Our coaching and support services are designed to provide individualized guidance, structure, behavioral support, emotional wellness coaching, family intervention, and mentorship through a holistic and supportive approach.
Services are available through private coaching and family support sessions and are not affiliated with insurance companies. Because every family’s situation and financial circumstances are different, coaching rates may be adjusted based on household income, level of support needed, session structure, and overall family circumstances.
We encourage individuals and families to inquire about an initial consultation to discuss:
current concerns,
behavioral or emotional challenges,
educational struggles,
family dynamics,
goals for coaching and support,
and determining whether our services are an appropriate fit for your needs.
Initial coaching programs are generally structured as:
a 4-week to 12-week support program,
with one session per week,
based on the level of guidance, intervention, and support needed for the child, adult, or family.
Coaching sessions may focus on:
behavior management,
emotional regulation,
educational support,
family communication,
parenting guidance,
confidence and coping skills,
accountability and structure,
youth mentorship,
conflict resolution,
life-skills development,
and overall emotional and behavioral wellness.
Our goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, judgment-free environment where children, adults, and families can receive guidance, structure, encouragement, and practical tools to help strengthen relationships, overcome obstacles, and build healthier long-term growth and stability.
To inquire about coaching availability, scheduling, consultation options, or income-based service considerations, families may contact us directly for additional information.
Behavior is never the whole story.
Social pedagogy holds that development — emotional, relational, and behavioral — can only be understood as a whole. We read the full picture before we suggest a single change.
That's not a philosophy borrowed from a book. It's what 35 years of working with real families, slow and steady, actually looks like.
What we do
Three ways we work with you
Patterns, not character
The whole system, together
School, learning, and readiness
We identify the behavioral cycles driving conflict or withdrawal, then work with the individual to build new responses — at their developmental readiness.
Family dynamics are worked with, not around. Sessions bring the right people into the room at the right time, building shared understanding across generations.
When school struggles signal something deeper, we look at motivation, attention, and relational stress — connecting the learning environment to the wider family picture.
Ready to see what's actually happening?
A first conversation costs nothing. It's where we listen — to you, to your situation — before anything else.
